SUCCESSFUL 2011 DRILL PROGRAM ADVANCES SISSON PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY

Northcliff Resources Ltd. (“Northcliff” or the “Company”) (TSX: NCF) announces the successful completion of its 2011 drill program at the feasibility‐stage Sisson Tungsten‐ Molybdenum Project, located in west‐central New Brunswick, Canada. Geological and engineering drilling undertaken this year have significantly advanced feasibility‐level data acquisition on the project.
