Northcliff Signs Process Agreement with Woodstock First Nation

Northcliff Resources Ltd. (“Northcliff” or the “Company”) (TSX: NCF) is pleased to announce it has signed a Process Agreement (the “Agreement”) with the Woodstock First Nation for the Sisson Tungsten‐Molybdenum Project located in central New Brunswick. The Agreement provides a framework for Northcliff and the Woodstock First Nation to negotiate a Cooperation Agreement and to work together on community consultation efforts.
