Northcliff Resources Ltd. (“Northcliff” or the “Company”) (TSX: NCF) announces that it has entered into an agreement with Todd Sisson (NZ) Limited ("Todd"), a subsidiary of the Todd Corporation, the Company’s largest shareholder for a $400,000 loan (“Loan”).
